Final arrangements for Re Union

Wedi, Assa, I do not wish to give excuses- apologies for not responding. I have tried to follow the communications. The deal from Jet Wing appeals to me as I have had experience of their service, the options are flexible to suit any one's choice and the prices are reasonable in today's context. My biggest problem is that I do not in which planet I would be on the day/s of the get-together as indicated to some. However,if I could be of any help  in a speciific way, please let me know, Karals .

We can take the  offer of  the  Conference  Package  from the  Hotel,  for  Rs 3500/=  per  person.

This  I  believe  is   tea  +  short eats  at   10.00 am  , followed by  Lunch  at  1.00  p.m.   and  tea +  cakes    at  4.00 pm.

Many of  us  will arrive  at  the  hotel , having  skipped  the  B'fast..   So...  some  short eats  at  10.00  + tea  /  coffee  would  be  welcome.

If  we  can  add  a  welcome  drink,  a fruit  drink  , at  9.00  am  as  people  arrive ,  it  would  be  good. !!!

Let   afternoon  tea  be   some  cakes  and  biscuits  +  Tea  / coffee.

Details  of  lunch  need  to be discussed  with  the   hotel  , a  good  choice  of  Vegetables   and    choice  of    meats   /  Fish  etc.

As I  suggested   earlier  ,  In House  Guests  should  have a  basic  plan  with    Room   and   Breakfast.

Dinner  and   Music + Dance should  be    charged  ,with   everyone   taking  part  paying   for  it.

May  be  around  Rs 3500/=   per  person.   This  could  be  done   by  issuing  tickets.   Let  the  Hotel  take  care  of  the  details.

The   breakfast    for  those   staying    in  the  hotel   will  be included   in  the   Room  charges.

Let's  see   how   all  this  work  out.

Dinner / Dance - Non resident participants Rs 5,000/- includes cost of band

Resident participants Rs. 2500/- dinner supplement & cost of band

It  needs    fine  tuning.

It  is  sad   no  one   in  the    Group  has  adequately  responded.

We  need to  send  out  the   Last   Notice  to   our  Batch mates   soon  giving     the  cost  for  Rooms  and   and  cover  charges  for  the  event.
